Mobile app

Your CRM, in the field.

Leads, visits and follow-ups on iPhone and Android phones, with edits saved on the phone when the signal drops.

Poor connection

Keeps working when the signal drops

The app shows saved data and holds your edits on the phone. It sends them when the connection returns.

Saved lists

Lists show the data saved on the phone when there is no connection.

A queue of edits

Notes, follow-ups, contacts, visit work and many edits wait in a queue on the phone.

No double records

Each change carries a key, so a retry does not create a second record.

Quotations, payment links and sending messages need the server. Those parts wait until you are online.

Every day

The day's work, on one screen

Open the app and start with Today. Everything else is a tap away.

  • Today screen for the day's work
  • Leads as a board or a list
  • Contacts, and import from or save to the phone's contacts
  • Calls, meetings, visits, notes and tasks on any record, with reminders
  • Calendar of meetings and visits
  • Quotations, tickets, products, partners and reports
In the field

Visits, from check-in to signature

The visit screen holds everything the person at the site needs.

Visit job screen

  • Check in with GPS
  • Work through the checklist
  • Add photos and the parts used
  • Close with the customer's signature or OTP

Items and scans

  • Open an item a customer owns by scanning its QR code or barcode
  • Scan a visiting card and create a lead
  • Record voice notes and dictate text
Also in the app

Calls, expenses, targets and attendance

Each one follows the roles and settings your administrator chooses.

  • Log calls on the customer record through an after-call sheet
  • Sales orders, with approval above a limit
  • Expense claims with a receipt photo and mileage
  • Payment collection with receipts and a UPI QR, once the company turns it on
  • Targets and incentives with live progress
  • My team and favourites
  • Punch in and out with location, when the company switches attendance on
  • Location during the shift only, with consent and a visible notification

Push notifications with Approve and Reject buttons connect to Firebase when you add your own project. Until then they are written to a log and nothing is sent to the phone.

Security on the phone

Locked to the person holding it

The server decides what the app shows and what it asks for.

Unlock and screens

  • Fingerprint or Face ID unlock
  • The server can require that unlock
  • The server can block screenshots

Roles and consent

  • Read-only users see no create, edit or delete buttons
  • A feature the server does not report is hidden
  • Consent records and a privacy notice cover location, calls and messages
Platforms and languages

iPhone, Android and two languages

One app, built with Flutter, for the phones your team already carries.

  • iPhone, and Android phones
  • Android tablet layouts, with a side rail and a list beside the detail
  • English and Hindi in the app
  • Each person picks a language

On iOS the app is for iPhone only. There is no iPad layout.
