GST is worked out on the server, enquiries can come from the usual portals, and other countries use simple tax, VAT or no tax.
GST worked out by the server
The server picks the right tax for each line and each document. The browser cannot change a total.

MerlinLead works out GST on quotations, orders and invoices. It does not file returns.

Enquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia and JustDial
Enquiries from these portals can come in as leads, ready for follow-up.
- Pull IndiaMART and TradeIndia enquiries with your API keys.
- Turn JustDial notification emails into enquiries by forwarding them to the inbox.
- Share out new enquiries round-robin by city or product.
- Hold after-hours enquiries in a morning queue.
- Receive enquiries from any other portal through a signed webhook.
Lead portals start in sandbox mode. They connect to the portal when you add your own account and keys in Settings > Integrations.
Messages that follow the rules
Send text messages and WhatsApp messages from templates, in the recipient's language.
SMS with DLT
Use MSG91, Gupshup, Textlocal, Twilio or any HTTP gateway. DLT ids and templates are required, and a daily cap is enforced.
Use the Meta Cloud API or a business solution provider, with templates, two-way chat, opt-in and opt-out, and business hours.
SMS and WhatsApp start in log mode. They connect to the provider when you add your own account, DLT ids and keys in Settings > Integrations.
English and Hindi
Every web screen and the mobile app are available in English and Hindi. Each person picks a language, and the company sets a default.
- Quotation, proforma and receipt PDFs print in the customer's language.
- Notification, email, SMS and WhatsApp texts follow the recipient's language.
- Numbers can use lakh and crore or the international format.
- A translation screen lets you edit labels and email templates per language.
- Help guides are in English, and the user guide is also in Hindi.
A file for your accounts team
MerlinLead generates sales, purchase, receipt and payment vouchers as a Tally Prime XML file, or as CSV.
The file is made for your accountant to import. MerlinLead does not link to Tally directly.
